Follow these guidelines to capture the best swing footage for your coaching sessions.
General: Preferably use phone video capture in slo mo. Edit length to include the start and finish of swing.
Down the Line

- Keep with hands in center of frame.
- Leave a few feet of space above the head.
Face On
- Center camera on waist.
- Have a few feet of space above head.
