GENERAL; Preferrably use phone video capture in slo mo. Edit length to include the start and finish of swing. 

DOWN THE LINE

Keep  with hands in center of frame.

Leave a few feet of space above the head.

FACE ON 

Center camera on waist , have a few feet of space above head.
