Do you teach a "method" ?
I like a very "centered swing model" (ie; Mac Ogrady and stack n tilt)my keys focus around clubface control and the bottom of the swing. I am well versed in all swing theories and bio mechanical models, these are all great but usually don't take into account every students individuality. If you have injuries, lack of mobility in certain areas, or aren't a great athlete, I can still build a swing that will get you out on the course having fun and challenging your friends! Conversely I would never take a natural talent like Bubba Watson and change his swing, rather understand their swing for a baseline, then work on how to play the game with each individuals competitive mind make up. The mental side is the most mis-understood aspect of the golf game, but most beneficial side of my instruction. I'm a trackman certified instructor, and use some great tools like focusband and AImpoint. Mark has played competitive golf for over 40 years. From junior golf to the professional ranks. Harnesses his visionary expertise, forged through hands on knowledge from great players from multiple generations giving Mark a wealth of knowledge combined with modern swing and game improvement methodology and equipment to enhance and improve the skill level of all players. As a former PGA professional Mark has been Head Professional, GM and Director of Instruction at some fine Southern California Golf Clubs.
